January 27th and 28th the 18U and 17U Knights Baseball Teams will travel to Las Vegas for the Border Battles. Below is the information for Families that wish to stay at the "team" hotel, but as always Parents and Players may stay where the wish.
We have reserved a block of rooms for all JV and Varsity players participating in the upcoming Las Vegas Tournament. We have elected to stay at the Sunset Station Hotel & Casino. Check-in will be on Friday, January 26, 2018 and check-out will be on Sunday, January 28, 2018. The room rate for each night will be $125. In addition to this rate, there is a 14% sales tax and a discounted Hotel Fee of $15.99 (normally $20.00) per room per night. This hotel fee includes access to the hotel's Fitness Facility, complimentary valet, in-room Internet access, 2-for-1 bowling, 20% discount at the hotel's gift shop, daily newspaper (not included on Sundays), and unlimited local and toll-free calls and unlimited domestic long distance calls. This is a family-friendly venue with an IMAX theater, 72 lane bowling alley, arcade, pool and several dining options within the hotel's property. The hotel is also centrally located to the fields that we will be playing at.
You can reserve your room by calling (888) 786-7389 and provide them with booking code (SCIBBT8). You can also book your room Online by using the website sunsetstation.sclv.com and then type in booking code in order to get our special rate. If you would like to check in a day earlier or stay a day longer, please inform them at the time you make your reservation. You have until December 20th to book your rooms. It should be noted that we are in Las Vegas the week before the Super Bowl and rooms may be limited due to the week-long festivities leading up to the big game. Please don't delay in making your reservations.
